Add/Delete extra recipients on Connect Auto Emails

 

If you want to send an auto email to multiple addresses
To send auto emails to multiple recipients, you must add an additional email address to the client that is already receiving the auto email.  You cannot send an auto email to multiple clients.

Click the My Clients icon in the upper right corner of Connect:

Click on the name of the client you want to modify- that will open up their Dashboard. 
Click Edit in the upper left corner:

Go to the Additional E-mails field and enter the additional email address to which you want the email sent:

Remember to click Save when you're done.

If you have set up an auto email to go to multiple recipients and need to remove one or more:

Click the My Clients icon in the upper right corner of Connect:

Click on the name of the client you want to modify- that will open up their Dashboard. 
Click Edit in the upper left corner:

Go to the Additional E-mails field and remove the address.

Click Save when you're done.
