The Realist Sell Score is a result of complex predictive algorithms Realist uses to determine the relative likelihood a property will be listed for sale in the next 6 months. It is based on CoreLogic's Propensity to List model, which employs a numeric value between 0-1000 to establish the likelihood a property will go on the market:
Sell Score Ratings and Values:
- Very High: 831-1000
- High: 625-830
- Moderate: 502-624
- Low: 354-501
- Very Low: 0-353
The higher the score, the greater the likelihood the property may be listed in the next 180 days. This information can be beneficial for agents and real estate professionals looking to build or refine their prospecting & farming lists.
Current market conditions, sales data, valuation and other CoreLogic data all play a part in determining the Sell score.
