At the bottom of listing agreements, such as the Exclusive Right to Sell, there are signature blocks for the owner/seller as well as the Authorized Rep (list agent) and Broker:
In some offices, the Broker authorizes their agents to sign on their behalf, whereas in other offices the Broker does not give their agents that authority.
If you are unsure whether or not your office requires your Broker's signature on forms, please check with your Broker. SmartMLS does not have that information.
