You can now access Homesnap directly from the SmartMLS Member Dashboard? Just open your web browser, go to www.smartmls.com and log in with your SmartMLS user name and password. The Homesnap icon is on the top row, in the MLS Products section:
When you initially click on Homesnap, you will not be logged in yet- you will be in the consumer version of Homesnap. If you want to take full advantage of all Homesnap has to offer, including the confidential listing information and integrated Matrix features that you get with Homesnap Pro, you will need to sign in manually, using the Sign In link in the upper right:
If you have already been using Homesnap Pro on your mobile device: enter your email address (not your SmartMLS user name) and the password you used when you created your Homesnap Pro account (this may or may not be the same as your SmartMLS password- it depends on what you chose to use when you created your Pro account):
If you do not remember the password you used when you created your Homesnap Pro account, use the Forgot Password link at the bottom of the sign in screen to initiate a password reset. Enter your email address and you will be sent an email that includes a link to reset your password (create a new password):
Here is what the password reset email looks like when you open it:
Just click on Reset your password. That will bring you to a screen that allows you to set up a completely new password for Homesnap (remember- this will be separate from your SmartMLS password):
Once you set up your new password, you should be able to sign in using the instructions at the top of this article.
If you have never used Homesnap before, you will need to install the app and create your free Homesnap Pro account. Once you have done this, you should be able to sign in using the instructions at the beginning of this article.
