Unfortunately, we have been informed by ShowingTime that Yahoo and AOL are once again limiting inbound emails. This dramatically slows the delivery of ShowingTime notification emails to users at Yahoo and AOL addresses. ShowingTime and SmartMLS apologize for the trouble and are working with Yahoo/AOL to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
We encourage you to download the ShowingTime Mobile App to receive appointment notifications on your phone, right from the app. The mobile app, which is not affected by this issue, provides showing and feedback notifications, reports and much more.
As another alternative, you can choose to use a different (non-Yahoo or AOL) email address in ShowingTime until this is resolved.
Please Click Here to view a video, explaining how to get and install the ShowingTime app for your phone. When following along, the video will recommend that you use the email associated with your MLS, but since AOL and Yahoo emails are experiencing issues, use another email instead.
