Cannot find Listingbook clients in Elevate

When we switched from Listingbook to Elevate, we tried to be very diligent in bringing everyone's clients into Elevate. There is a little confusion after the transition, as Elevate uses a new/different set of status tags when working with Contacts, and not all statuses are shown by default.

All of your clients are now categorized as Contacts.

All Contacts can be sorted by a Status tag:

  • Marketing = Created within the last 6 months on Listingbook
  • Engaged = Logged in within the last 6 months on Listingbook
  • Archived = Marked as "on hold" in Listingbook
  • Cold = All of the rest in Listingbook

By default, Elevate will not show Archived and Cold status tags for your Contacts.  They will also not receive a Morning Report.

To see your Archived and/or Cold clients in Elevate, go to the Status section on your Contacts page, click on the Search Cold and Archived link and then click the Search button.
