What is Elevate?

Elevate is the newest upgraded platform replacing Listingbook Ai. Elevate is a fully integrated single system that does everything real estate professionals need — from helping generate new leads to helping you create clients for life!


How will I be notified? Was I notified?

All agents who have a paid subscription or have logged into Listingbook over the last 120 days were notified many times via email.

Notifications will also be on your daily Morning Report and when you log in to Listingbook.com.


Will my clients be notified of the upgrade?

We will add a special notice to your clients’ Morning Reports that the upgrade to Elevate is coming. Your clients will LOVE everything that Elevate has to offer. We think that hearing from you will be the best way for them to understand what’s happening with the upgrade to Elevate.

Just share the link below with your clients to direct them to a special FAQ experience we've created just for them.

We will also provide you with some talking points on the upgrade to Elevate that you can use if you wish to communicate to your clients as you see fit. Keep an eye out for an email coming soon from us with that info.


Will I still be able to log in to Listingbook?

After your MLS is upgraded to Elevate, you will no longer be able to log in to your Listingbook account. We will set up a new Elevate account for you and carefully transfer your clients and their info to Elevate. If you try to log in to your Listingbook account after your MLS is migrated, you will receive an error message that your account is on hold, or that your username or password is invalid.

How do I log in to Elevate?

Accepting the Invitation:

You will receive an email at the email address associated with your Listingbook account shortly after the day of your upgrade inviting you to the Elevate platform.

The sender is <Support@ElmStreetTechnology.com> with a subject line of Welcome To Elevate.

Click the Get Started link in the body of the email and you'll be directed to Elevate to set a new password for your Elevate account.

Moving Forward:

Once you've set your password, you will be logging into your Elevate account at this link: https://crm.yourelevate.com. We recommend that you bookmark this link in your browser. Please note: you cannot log in to Elevate with your Listingbook ID. You will log in to Elevate with the email address associated with your Listingbook account and your new password. You can also log in any time via your Morning Reports.

Please note that we do NOT store user passwords in our system as an account security measure.


Where are all of my clients?

All of your clients are now categorized as Contacts.

All Contacts can be sorted by a Status tag:

  • Marketing = Created within the last 6 months on Listingbook
  • Engaged = Logged in within the last 6 months on Listingbook
  • Archived = Marked as "on hold" in Listingbook
  • Cold = All of the rest in Listingbook

By default, Elevate will not show Archived and Cold status tags for your Contacts.  They will also not receive a Morning Report.

To select them, go to the Status section on your Contacts page, select the appropriate tags, and click Search.

How will my clients sign in?

After we import your clients from Listingbook, they will start to receive a new Morning Report from the new Elevate system automatically.

There are three ways for your clients to access your new accounts through your products:

1)  They can log in by clicking any of the links in their new Morning Report

  • Their username is their email address
  • They will need to set a new password

2)  If you'd like to add new clients to the Elevate system, there are many tools to do so.  If your client has questions or hasn't received their Morning Reports for any reason, you can search for the client in Elevate and click 'Invite To My Site' on their profile to invite them.

3)  They can log in from your search portal or website, as shown below.

How do my clients search and manage their account?

Your clients will be running searches directly on your search portal or website.

Do I still receive a Morning Report?

You will still be receiving a daily Morning Report that summarizes what listings your clients are searching for, viewing, favoring, etc.  The sender is Elevate <info@yourelevate.com>.

How do I create saved searches for clients?

In Listingbook, you may be familiar to sign up clients for a Homefinder account. In Elevate, to create saved searches for clients, add them to your Elevate account and scroll down until you see a 'Create a Saved Search' section and 'Invite to Site'

If they are already in your contacts in Elevate, click on their name to access their profile and scroll down until you see a 'Create Saved Search' section.

With this upgrade, you and your clients have opportunities to create multiple saved searches.

  • Free tier has a max of 25 new clients within the client manager, 40 searches per hour, and a max of importing 25 clients

If you had: Listingbook Pro
You'll receive: Elevate, with a Search Portal For Your Clients

  • The full Elevate solution to manage your clients
  • Agent Morning Reports
  • Morning Reports sent to your clients based on their saved search criteria
  • Search portal for your clients
  • No limits on the number of clients and searches
  • Many more great features, including: easy VOIP and texting, CMAs, Document Storage, email marketing, and more!
