What reports are sent when emailing (in Connect)

 

When you email listings from Connect, your recipient will have the option of viewing the properties in several different displays within their Portal. All of the displays are public-facing, which means there will be no list agent/office information on them.

The Portal displays are similar to (but not exact replicas of) the reports you see when you are logged into our Connect system. There is a single line report, a thumbnail report, a hybrid report (which includes a map along with the single line or thumbnail) and a detailed report.

The display you are currently viewing when you hit the Email button has no impact on what your recipient will see. They will only be able to view those listings in the default set of public-facing Matrix Portal displays.
